An explosion of research in recent years has shown that the practice of meditation is one of the most powerful things you can do to optimize your mental health.
Meditation can be thought of as a form of mental training which prepares the mind to handle future upsets in a much more effective way.
It has also been proven that meditation helps people in many other key areas, such as:
- more ability in coping with unpleasant emotions
- clearer thinking and improved creativity
- a greater perspective on the self
- an increased sense of general wellbeing
I have been practicing meditation for several years now and can personally attest to its life-changing effects.
As a result, I am very committed to spreading the word to as many people as possible in any way I can.

Ongoing weekly groups
Contact me if you would like to start a meditation group (5 or more people) in your area. Each session will include guided mediations, a discussion period, and silent meditation. All skill levels welcome.
